I really dislike this company. Seriously, steer clear of this site. I placed an order three years back and never got a single item.

I bought a couple of dresses and ended up sending back two that didn’t fit right. I returned both in one package, but I only got credited for one. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed only one dress was in the bag, which is just not the case. I really need a refund for the other dress.

About three years back, I placed an order for five dresses for the Fitr Bayram and my baby’s party.

There was an issue with the invoice, and it was your company’s fault. Because of your error in converting lira to dollars on the invoice, I ended up paying an extra tax of nearly 350 euros... for five dresses that cost me 300 euros in total.

As a result, I refused the package. I sent everything back and I’ve been waiting for my refund for three long years!!!

I’ve reached out to you multiple times regarding this issue.

You’ve not taken any steps to fix it. There hasn’t been a proper response, and it feels like nothing has been done at all. For three years...

DHL from the Netherlands has tried to get in touch with DHL in Turkey and your company via email and phone numerous times... but they never received a satisfactory answer or solution.

I really hope you’re still willing to address this issue and reach out to me with a resolution. I trust you want to be seen as a trustworthy company that values its customers. Right now, based on the online reviews, it seems like that’s still a work in progress for you.

I sincerely hope you won’t overlook my email this time and will get in touch for more details about the order and the invoice.

Hello Annah Hariri Support Team,

I’m reaching out because it’s been nearly three years since I placed my order with you guys. My order number is US57800.

I’ve tried contacting your customer support multiple times, but I haven’t heard back or gotten any solution to my problem.

According to the Terms of Service on your site, "Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, a store credit will be issued. Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable." I think I deserve a refund or a replacement for my product. I’d really appreciate it if you could process a refund for my order since it’s been way too long without any updates.

This site is a total rip-off! First off, I shelled out $80 for clothes that are no better than what you can snag on Shein for just $15. Plus, the sizing is way off. The pants were so sheer that even with a top covering them, I felt super uncomfortable. Naturally, I tried to return them… the site claims you have 14 DAYS to send back your package. But when I got their email saying my return was 'approved,' they said I only had FIVE DAYS to ship it back! And don’t get me started on the shipping cost—$10 from Jersey to Florida! To return, they just give you a return address, no shipping label provided. I ended up spending way more on this outfit than I should have. They make returns a hassle so folks end up keeping the stuff. It’s a complete scam, and I will NEVER buy from this site again. I’m also gonna spread the word to everyone I know about how shady these people are!

After my previous review, I received an email from Annah Hariri attempting to resolve my past orders. They provided me with store credit (my refund request was turned down) which I went ahead and used. I picked out some dresses that were available (a few of my earlier dress selections were out of stock). Today, the dresses I selected arrived in the mail. I'm grateful for their efforts to fix the issue and restore their reputation.

This company is the absolute worst! I ordered 20 dresses three years back and I'm still waiting. I've reached out to them countless times, and all I get is a comment saying someone will get in touch, but nothing ever happens. No action has been taken at all!!!

I placed an order, US90389, back in August 2020, and it’s still not shipped. The chat feature on their site claims the order is all set, but that’s just not the case. My recent efforts to reach out to the company have been totally ignored. Yet, I keep getting promotional emails, and to my surprise, the new collections aren’t even genuine Annah Hariri products. You can find the same items on AliExpress or Alibaba with the exact size chart, and definitely at a way cheaper price. It seems like Annah Hariri just took some new photos for their site and is trying to pass these off as their own.

I would’ve given them a full 5 stars, but I had to drop it to 1 because one of the items they sent isn’t what was shown on their site. I ordered on April 25th, 2023, and got it by April 28, 2023, which is super fast delivery, no doubt about that. The quality of the product seems good, but if they had just double-checked the item before sending it out, I wouldn’t be dealing with this hassle. I’ve reached out to customer service via email, and I’m waiting to see how they handle this situation. I’ll update my review based on their reply.

My mom and I made some purchases from this website, but we only got a handful of our items. I tried emailing and even called, but I haven't gotten any response. I get that the pandemic has messed with shipping, but there's really no excuse for ignoring customers who’ve already paid for their stuff and haven’t gotten it.

About a week ago, I sent another email asking for either my items or a full refund for what I didn’t receive, and still, no reply.

That said, the items I did get were gorgeous, well-crafted, and fit like a dream. However, I won’t be shopping here again because I just can’t risk going through this hassle once more.

I placed an order with this shop two years ago, and I still haven't gotten my item. This place is terrible and shouldn't be allowed to do business with anyone outside of Turkey. Just save your cash, you scammers.

It's been 2.5 years, and I still haven't gotten my order or a refund. I've reached out countless times via email, but they stopped replying about a year back. This company is a total scam, and I can't wrap my head around how they keep charging folks with a clear conscience. If you're skeptical, just check out the other reviews here and the various Facebook groups created for those who’ve lost their cash, as this company refuses to ship or refund after more than two years! I had a really bad time with this order. I placed an order for my dresses totaling $184 on March 20, 2023, and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. When I check the order status, it just shows that they’ve only sent the shipping label electronically. Here we are on April 15th, and their policy claims that if you order before 1:30 PM, you should get your stuff the next day. I needed these dresses for taraweeh and Eid, which is just around the corner. I doubt I’ll get my order in time. Reaching out to customer service has been a total waste of time.

It's been 9 days since I ordered and the site claims that if you order before 1:30 PM, it’ll go out the same day. Yet, it hasn’t shipped yet, and all they keep telling me is that it’ll be sent out soon.

I'm really let down and not pleased with this store. I placed an order for three dresses back in April 2020, but only one of the three arrived. I've reached out through messages and emails to inquire about my orders, but I've never gotten a reply. I really hope Annah Hariri will be kind enough to send the remaining dresses since I've already paid for them.
