I hate this company .don’t buy anything from this website

Did not receive anything at all

I purchased a few dresses and decided to return two which did not fit. Two dresses were returned in one bag but only received credit for one. Customer service stated that only one dress was in the bag which is not true. Please refund me for my other dress.

Three years ago i ordered 5 dresses for the Fitr Bayram and my baby party.

There was a problem due to an error in the invoice. Your company was responsible for it.
Because of your mistake to exchange lira into dollars on the invoice .... I had to pay extra tax for an additional amount of almost 350 euros...for 5 dresses that also cost me 300,- euros.

That's why I refused the package. I sent them back and I am still waiting for my money, for 3 years now !!!!

I emailed you several times about this situation.

You refused to resolve the problem. You did not even respond properly and did nothing at all.
For 3 years...

DHL from the Netherlands tried to contact DHL in Turkey ánd álso your company by mail and phone many times...but never got a good answer or solution.

I hope you are still willing to handle this matter carefully and still approach me for a solution. I assume that you want to be known as a reliable company that respects its customers. At the moment, judging by the reviews on the internet, it is still a challenge for you.

I hope you will not ignore my mail this time and contact me for further information of the order and the invoice.

I am writing to you because I have not received my order from your company for around three years now. My order number is US57800

Despite several attempts to reach out to your customer support team, I have not received a response or a resolution to this issue.

As per the Terms of Service listed on your website, "Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, a store credit will be issued. Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable." I believe I am entitled to a refund or replacement of the product. I would like to request a refund for my order as it has been an extremely long time since I placed it and I have not received any updates on its status.

What a scam of a website! Firstly, you pay $80 for clothing the quality of what you can buy on shein for $15. Second, the sizing is horribly off. The pants were completely see through even with the top covering the pants I did not feel comfortable with them. So of course, I initiate a return…on the website it says you have 14 DAYS to return you package. When I got their email saying my return was “approved” they state you have only FIVE DAYS to return the package! Then, shipping was $10 from Jersey to Florida! To return the package they only give you a return address. They don’t even provide you with a return shipping label. I ended up spending more on this outfit than what was needed. They make the return difficult in order for people to keep the clothing. Complete scam of a website and would NEVER order anything from this website again. I will also be letting everyone around me what a scam these people are!

****UPDATE****
Since my last review, Annah Hariri has contacted me via email to try and fill my old orders. They issued me a store credit (they denied my request for a refund) which I used. I chose from dresses that were in stock (some of my previous dress orders were no longer available). After using the store credit the dresses I chose DID come in the mail today. I appreciate them for rectifying the situation and trying to regain credibility.

The worst company to deal with .I orders 20 dresses 3 years ago and still waiting .I posted her as well so many times on what they just commented that someone is going to contact me ,but nothing really happen ,no action was taken !!!

My order US90389 made in August, 2020 has never been shipped. The chat system on their website shows the order was completed which is not true. My last attempts to contact the company are ignored completely.
But I keep receiving advertising letters and to my shock new collections are not original Annah Hariri products. You can easily find them on AliExpress/Alibaba with exactly the same size chart and for sure for a much lower price. Annah Hariri only made new photos for their website and present these items as their own.

I would have given them 5 stars but I had to give them 1 because one of the items they sent me is not the same as they advertised on their website. I placed an order on April 25th, 2023, and received it on April 28, 2023, which is a really quick delivery, there is no doubt their product quality looks good as well it's just if they would had checked the product before shipping out to client then I would not have caused so inconvenience to me. I have sent the email to customer service and let's see how they rectify this issue. Based on their response I will update my notes.

Myself and my mother orders from this site and only received a few of our items. I reached out via email and even tried to call and have not heard anything back. I was understanding that the pandemic impacted shipping but there is no excuse for not responding and reaching out to costumers who have paid for item a never recited them.

I week ago I reached out via email again asking for my items that I paid for or a full refund for the items I never received and still have not heard back.

With all this being said, the items I did receive were beautiful, well made and fit perfect but I will not be ordering from this site ever again as it’s not worth taking a chance of this happening again.

“I ordered my item from this store two years ago and I never recieve my order until now. This store is such a bad and should not be operated to any of the people outside Turkey. Keep your money you scammer”.

Never received my order nor a refund after 2.5 years. I have tried and tried with constant email communication, which they then stopped responding to a year ago.
Absolute scam of a company and i can't believe that anyone can run a company and still continue charging people in good consciousness.
Still in doubt? have a look at other reviews here and also on the multiple facebook groups that have been made solely for those who lost their money as this company would neither ship nor refund peoples orders after over 2 years!!!

Terrible experience , ordered my dresses total (184$) March 20th 2023, and still have not received my order, when you check on the order status, it says that the company only sent shipping label electronically. Today is April 15th - the policy says if you order before 1:30 PM you will get your items the next day. I ordered these dresses so I can use them for taraweeh and Eid. Eid is a couple days away, and I don’t think I received my order by then. Contacting customer service is useless.

I placed my order 9 days ago and the website says if ordered is placed before 1.30pm, it will be shipped the same day. It has still not been shipped and they just keep saying it will be shipped out soon.

Im really disappointed and not statisfied with this shop. I ordered 3 dresses on April 2020 and i only received 1 out off the 3 dress. I have sent them messages and emails to check on my orders but it was never responded. Hope that Annah Hariri will be considerate to send the rest of the dress because payment has already been made.
